Watermelon Sugar Juicing Recipe

If you follow me on the gram at all, you know how much the Cariveau house loves juicing! This latest recipe we will call Watermelon Sugar!

This juicing recipe is by far my favorite for the summer months, as it tastes like the perfect blend of watermelon + citrus + all things summer vibes!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Why watermelon?! 1) delicious 2) it is loaded with Lycopene, an antioxidant that gives it the beautiful, vibrant red color this will protect your beautiful body from toxins (like radiation or pollution), and helps prevent heart disease, cancers, and other chronic illness. Winning! 🙌🏻

Watermelon Sugar Juice Recipe:

8 slices of watermelon

5 cuties

2 apples

1 lemon (or to taste)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This should make you about 2 servings - just make sure to drink within 48 hours to get the most nutritional benefit!

If you don’t have a juicer, you can also blend ingredients together to make a delicious summer smoothie
