Balanced Breakfast Smoothie

Starting your day loaded with fruits and veggies may be just what you need to bring vibrant energy into your morning routine! This antioxidant loaded smoothie is by far one of my favorites!


1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1-2 Bananas

2 Tbsp Dragon Fruit Powder

1 serving Collagen

10 oz coconut water

1-2 heaping tbsp full-fat coconut milk


- Add all ingredients to blender until you have reached desired consistency.

- Double your batch to save for tomorrow's smoothie and make sure to drink within 48 hours!
