Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Smoothie
2 things I love about this smoothie
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) It gives me my chocolate fix YUM and is great for rehydrating my body after a sweaty workout
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) The kiddos always insist on sipping at least half of it, so it gives them some awesome nutrients as well!

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Smoothie
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 C - 1 C frozen riced cauliflower
3-4 Dates
2 Bananas
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 serving Collagen Powder
4 cups Leafy Greens (we prefer spinach)
2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp Full fat Coconut Milk
Dash of Pink Himalayan Salt
16 oz Coconut water (more or less depending on consistency you prefer)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
>>> this should make about 2 servings. If the kiddos don’t drink the other half, I love to have the first half for breakfast and sip the other half throughout the rest of the day as a snack!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
**if you’re not a fan of the consistency of frozen cauliflower, you can also freeze the bananas and use that as well!

I HIGHLY recommend trying out coconut water as the liquid base for your next smoothie!
