5-Minute Baked Oatmeal
This baked oatmeal recipe is the perfect way to give warmth to your body and cozy up without spending hours in the kitchen!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 C GF oats
- 1/2 C oat milk or df milk of choice
- 1 egg (or flax egg - 1 Tbsp ground flax seed, 3 Tbsp water, mix together then set in fridge for 15 minutes before using)
- handful of raisins or chopped dates
- dash of cinnamon
- sprinkle of chia seeds
- fruit topping (peaches, berries, etc...)
- dollop of full-fat coconut milk

Directions:
- mix oats, almond milk, raisins, egg, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a bowl and microwave for 90 sec to 2 min
- add more or less time depending on the consistency you prefer
- add fresh toppings and a dollop of coconut milk
